Kindly take note on below:

1. TokioMarine-MedSecure Current Version Submission Period:
TokioMarine-MedSecure current version submission will only be up till 8.30pm, 31st May 2026. Do ensure all TokioMarine-MedSecure pending submission cases is submitted by then.

2. TokioMarine-MedSecure Availability:
TokioMarine-MedSecure will temporarily disabled on 8:30pm, 31st May 2026, and will only be available back on 1:00am, 1st June 2026 with new updated premium rates.

3. TokioMarine-MedSecure on 1st June 2026:
All previously created TokioMarine-MedSecure pending submission case will no longer be valid. Agent required to create new case with new updated premium rate.
